True Partners Consulting Engineers was engaged by the mechanical contractor to deliver the complete D&C mechanical package for The Bavarian at Rouse Hill Town Centre, opposite the cinemas. The scope covered air conditioning, general store ventilation and commercial-kitchen exhaust, together with construction shop drawings, as-built documentation and the mechanical-services O&M manual.
