True Partners Consulting Engineers is supporting BHC Southport at 98 Nerang Street, a 17-storey social and affordable housing development in the Southport CBD. Designed by Cox Architecture and delivered by the BHC-QIC Consortium, the project will provide 158 studio, one- and two-bedroom homes, with a subtropical design focused on liveability, accessibility and convenient public-transport connections.
