Project Highlights: The ventilation system was meticulously designed to ensure that compliant oxygen levels are consistently maintained within the storage room during the filling of liquid nitrogen tanks. Additionally, our design ensured no leakage of nitrogen to the adjacent clinical and staff rooms, safeguarding the health and safety of all personnel.

City Fertility Dangerous Goods Assessment
Fertility Specialist WA (FSWA) engaged TPCE to conduct a thorough review of the existing ventilation system for their IVF Laboratory, located at Level 1, 764 Canning Hwy, Applecross, Western Australia.
Scope of Work: FSWA plans to renovate its current IVF Laboratory and introduce a dedicated bio collection room for additional dewar storage, which may pose increased risks to the safety and health of occupants, users, and the public. TPCE's mechanical engineering services for this project included:

Mental Health Unit at Blacktown Hospital
The future of mental health care has arrived in Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) with the completion of a 30-bed Acute Adult Mental Health Inpatient Service unit at Blacktown Hospital.
The stunning indoor and outdoor areas are all designed to support and empower patients in their recovery, with features including recreation and fitness spaces, sensory and de-escalation rooms, an abundance of natural light and beautiful artwork throughout the unit.
Project included full design and documentation of mechanical services including construction shop drawings and engineering assistance during construction and commissioning.
New Procedure Rooms- Royal North Shore Hospital
The project included the demolition and conversion of an existing post anaesthetic recovery ward to a new procedure rooms suite. These procedure rooms are intended to be used for cardiac catherization and coronary angiography type procedures – procedures which are minor invasive
Project included D&C design and documentation of mechanical services including construction shop drawings and engineering assistance during construction and commissioning.
Nepean Hospital, West Block Smoke Management System
Our engineers were engaged by Nepean Hospital building management team to undertake a fire safety review of the existing mechanical services to part of the Nepean Hospital located at Derby Street, Kingswood NSW.
The proposed mechanical services upgrading works related to Wing C of West Block within the existing Nepean Hospital. The works include providing an air purge smoke hazard management system for all levels of Wing C by converting the existing zone pressurization system serving Levels 3, 4 and 5, and upgrading the existing air purge system serving Levels 1 and 2.
Macquarie Uni Hospital OSSC
Our engineers deliverd full detail design of the new ORTHOPAEDIC SPECIALIST SURGICAL CENTRE on level five of the existing hospital building. The work included integration of the new mechanical system into existing plant and upgrade of the existing chilled water system to cater for additional floor.
